Phagocytic and rosette-forming activities of leukemic cells were studied in the time course of the disease in 22 patients with chronic myeloblastic leukemia. The phagocytic activity of peripheral blood neutrophils proved to be low, the percentage of neutrophils carrying Fc- and C3-receptors was lower than in normal subjects.
