Effect of korinfar on the central and peripheral hemodynamics of hypertension patients

Indices of central, intracardiac and peripheral hemodynamics were studied in 30 hypertensive patients after a single and long-term administration of corinfar. For the most part, corinfar was well tolerated by the patients, although some side effects were observed in several patients on the 1st days of the treatment. Later these side effects decreased. Obsidan used in combination with corinfar reduced reflex sympathetic stimulation developed during monotherapy with corinfar, improved the tolerance of the vasodilator and contributed to a more significant reduction in arterial pressure.
