Immunoglobulins were measured quantitatively by single radial immunodiffusion in canine serum, colostrum, milk and intestinal secretions, and normal mean values were determined. Mean levels of 5 immunoglobulins in colostra from mongrel dogs were as follows (mg/ml): IgM (10 dogs), 2.17 (0.7-3-7); IgA (12 dogs), 3.13 (1.7-5-2); IgGa b (10 dogs), 6.7 (2.6-10.1); IgGd (7 dogs), 6.94 (4.0-9.0); IgGc (7 dogs), 0.89 (0.5-1.4).
