Comparative pharmacological study of the antidepressants pyrazidol, inkazan, caroxazone and imipramine

Inkazan and caroxazone are similar as regards the pattern and intensity of pharmacological antidepressant activity . Pyrazidol differs from these compounds by the lack of the potentiating effect on the central effects of .beta.-phenylethylamine. These 3 antidepressants differ from imipramine in the action spectrum.
