Drug-induced collagen disease-like syndrome was produced in rabbits during chronic treatment with hydralazine or binazine. Animals were hyperimmunized with bovine albumin. Production of antiglobulin antibodies was diminished in drug-treated animals. The production of anti-albumin antibodies in those rabbits was also decreased.
