Revaccinating effect of yeast RNA

The article deals with the RNA adjuvant effect. Studies were performed on mice and rabbits. Animals were immunized with inactivated typhoid vaccine. Resistance to infection with the homologous culture, antibodies titers and the plasmocytic reaction in the spleen were studied. Yeast RNA administered to animals on the 14th and 24th days after immunization stimulates the plasmocytic reaction in the spleen, increases the titers of specific antibodies and produces a revaccinating effect.
