The present study is an analysis of 300 cases of Hodgkin's disease. The material was reviewed and classified according to Rye's Conference on Hodgkin's disease. The analysis revealed that the disease is common in males below 30 yr of age, with the maximum incidence being in the 1st decade. Cervical lymphadenopathy was the most frequent clinical presentation and mixed cellularity was the commonest morphologic type. Partial involvement of the lymph nodes and extranodal Hodgkin's disease, etc., were also encountered. Detailed observations were presented and discussed.
