Gastro-intestinal involvement in 441 patients (211 male and 230 female) affected by Hodgkin's disease was investigated, and the low incidence of this localization was confirmed. Four patients showed a gastric lesion with the clinical picture of peptic ulcer. Three patients had ileal or colic localization with diarrhea and abdominal pain. Laboratory findings were non significant. Lymphography showed the general involvement of paraortic and celiac nodes in all cases but one which was not performed. Pain was the most common complaint. Surgical resection was performed whenever possible, otherwise radio- and/or chemotherapy were started. Control of the evolution was usually achieved by all these means. Data on survival showed a slow progressive disease, and all patients but one are still alive.
