Nous avons eu l'occasion d'étudier récemment six malades d'une même famille chez qui s'associent, selon des modalités diverses, cataracte de type congénital, atrophie optique, stigmates d'hérédo-dégénération du type Friedreich et des signes de la série extrapyramidale. Ces observations présentent un certain intérêt nosologique car se situant à côté des faits décrits par Behr d'une part, Marinesco et Sj6gren d'autre part, elles paraissent cependant plus proches de certaines formes de maladie de Friedreich surchargées de signes oculaires, mais ce sont ici ces dernières manifestations qui sont lourdement prédominantes.
