25 cases of Friedreich's disease are observed under their clinic aspects. The principal symptoms are essentially characterized by ataxic troubles followed by abolition of tendinous reflexes and the appearance of trophic symptoms (kyphoscoliosis and malformation of the hands and feet). In such a condition, symptoms as I3abinski's and Romberg's signs, troubles of deep sensibility and nystagmus are also to be regarded as important. The clinical, evolutive and genetic oneness of the disease is thus discussed and established.
