Cases [3] of neuro-Behcet disease are presented pointing out the lack of uniformity in its clinical presentation and the absence of objective diagnostic tests that may lead to a proven diagnosis. Results are compared with previous reports. Virus studies were negative and the computerized axial tomography, normal in all patients, did not add new diagnostic information. Although therapeutic measures offer doubtful results, early steroid therapy may be effective.
