It is recommended to use a certain method to cover cystic oozing cushions after filtering operations of glaucoma. To this effect a lamellar scleral flap is formed which is laid over the previously exposed scleral fissure. An impediment of the filtration of aqueous humour is avoided by means of suitable fixation of Tenon's capsule.
