En réalité ces sténoses sont comparables à celles que l'on observe sur l'iléon ou le coecum après des traitements anti-tuberculeux analogues; elles soulèvent des doutes sur la qualité. des guérisons obtenues par le traitement médical; elles tendent tout comme en tuberculose ostéoarticulaire à poser le problème de la résection complémentaire du segment sclérosé qui présente probablement des lésions plus ou moins évolutives qui compromettent le transit intestinal.
