In the USA, levamisole was used to treat 32 animals, 15 species of Ursidae and Felidae, for Toxocara and Ancylostoma infection. The sex, weight, dose, reaction and e.p.g. of faeces 30, 60 and 90 days after treatment are tabulated for each animal. 3 doses of from 3.8 to 7.1 mg/lb body-weight were given at 21-day intervals. Side effects were few and insignificant and 3, one and 6 of the faecal specimens were positive at 30, 60, and 90 days after treatment, respectively.
