Thiabendazole given at 50 mg/kg body-weight to 12 of 15 lambs 2, 7, 14 and 28 days after experimental infection with Trichostrongylus axei was 96.9, 100, 100 and 100% effective respectively in eliminating the worms, judging from autopsy worm counts, 31, 32 and 33 days after infection.
