To study the chemical constituents in Huangjuhua (flowers of Chrysanthemum morifolium). The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by NMR and MS evidences. Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as luteolin (1), quercetin (2), acacetin 7-O-beta-D-(3"-acetyl) -glucopyranoside (3), luteolin 7-O-beta-D-(6"-acetyl)-glucopyranoside (4), hesperetin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5), acacetin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6), diosmetin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), apigenin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (8), hesperidin (9), linarin (10), and luteolin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (11). Compounds 4, 5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
