P. rubrilineans isolates from sugarcane and maize were quite sensitive to terramycin and streptomycin, and these 2 antibiotics, of the 4 tested in vitro, should be useful when direct control is needed. None of the 8 fungicides tested proved as effective as the antibiotics.
