Parvenir à la région centrale de l'abdomen à hauteur de D12-1,1, à l'origine de la mésentérique supérieure, en assurant la mobilité entière de viscères particulièrement bien attachés, et cela par des décollements exangues s'inspirant d'une technique classique, voilà où nous a conduit l'exploitation de données anatomiques et embryologiques cependant déjà anciennes.
