The plans promoted by UNICEF for improving nutrition of schoolchildren, pre-school children and infants in Panama are briefly outlined with some conclusions and recommendations mainly concerned with the problems of obtaining co-operation from parents, medical authorities and social workers in order to carry out the programmes of dietary supplementation.
