The authors describe a rare case of TB of the pancreas with clinical signs of obstruction icterus treated by duodenopancreasectomy. This is the 19th case of TB of the pancreas published in the accessible literature and the second treated by radical surgery. The patient recovered and has been without complaints under substitution therapy.
