Tuberculous disease of the duodenum as an entity in itself and causing symptoms per se is extremely rare. Very few cases of tuberculous stricture of the third part of the duodenum have been reported in the literature. The clinical diagnosis is difficult. It can be suspected on radiology and can only be confirmed on laparotomy. This paper will report one case of tuberculous stricture of the third part of. the duodenum and will briefly discuss the diagnosis and the treatment.
