Ezonema bicornis n.g., n.sp. from Coitus pollu. (intestine) and Salvelinus leucomaenis (intestine and swim-bladder) caught in 4 rivers in southwestern Hokkaido, Japan, is described and illustrated. It is characterized by a pair of prominent cervical projections, a feature which appears to be unique among nematodes of fish. A key is given to the 13 genera of Seuratidae (including the new one) now known from fish.
