In the 2, 539 serum samples subjected to the Brewer brucellosis card test (BCT) there were two groups, group I being 1, 607 "field" samples and group II being 932 samples from cattle on controlled brucellosis experiments. All samples were also subjected to the tube serum agglutination test (SAT) and the c.f. test, and in addition the 932 group II samples were tested by the Coombs anti-bovine globulin test (ABGT).
