A case of A. niger peritonitis characterized by peritoneal eosinophilia is reported in a 49-yr-old woman receiving continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. The patient was successfully treated with catheter removal and intravenous amphotericin B (320 mg over 15 d).
