It is stated that fluorescent globulins immune to sheep and goat chlamydia are possible to be used to diagnose pig chlamydiosis, which confirms also group-specificity of chlamydian FITC-conjugates. It is shown that the immunofluorescence reaction as to its diagnostic value surpasses essentially the methods of finding chlamydias using ordinary light microscope.
