Serological examination of 414 people, state farm employees and private farmers, by gel precipitin (GP) testing and complement-fixation (CF) reactions using Micropolyspora faeni antigen, gave 13.3% positive GP and 10.2% positive CF results, the latter test proving to be as useful as the former.
