Chrono-pharmacodynamics of hypotensive preparations

A comparative study was made on the chronopharmacodynamics of hypotensive agents (clofelin, anapriline and dopegyt) in chronotherapy and traditional therapy. The hemodynamic support of the hypotensive effect of clofelin and anapriline was different in traditional therapy and chronotherapy. The dynamics of circulation indices in patients with stage II hypertension was more favorable when clofelin and anapriline chronotherapy was used. The hemodynamic support of the hypotensive effect of dopegyt was the same in both traditional therapy and chronotherapy. However, the hypotensive effect of dopegyt was more pronounced and faster when chronotherapy was used.
