Recent literature on immunological techniques used in the diagnosis of Schistosoma mansoni in man is reviewed. The value of the intradermal, complement fixation, circumoval precipitin, cercarienhullen, fluorescent antibody, indirect haemagglutination and precipitin tests in diagnosis is discussed. erences are cited.
