Lipome de l'extrémité inférieure de l'oesophage, se manifestant radiologiquement par une opacité ovoïde tranchant sur la clarté tubérositaire, ne modifiant pas le calibre de l'oesophage. Cette tumeur sous-muqueuse a pu être enlevée par énucléation simple.
