Metoclopromide provoking an asthmatic episode in a known asymptomatic bronchial asthmatic woman who was off from all drugs has been presented here for its rarity. The pharmacologic mechanism of the drug and different mechanisms leading hyperactivity of airway causing asthma has been discussed.
