Evaluation of the analgesic activity of a preconstituted combination of acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and caffeine

The analgesic efficacy of an combination containing acetylsalicyclic acid, caffeine, and paracetamol, administered as effervescent tablets, was evaluated. The casuistry concerned 25 female patients suffering mainly from gynecological disorders. It was possible to demonstrate a valid therapeutic effect in 92% of the treated cases. Also in consideration of the excellent tolerability, the results of the study permit to conclude that the administration of the preparation is indicated for the treatment of algesic symptomatology on a functional basis.
