The results of pharmacological, toxicological and clinical studies of xanthinol nicotinate manufactured in the USSR and its foreign analog showed that the Soviet drug has no difference from its counterpart in vasodilative activity, the effect on systemic hemodynamics and cardiac function and clinical effectiveness and tolerance.
