Besides clustering and colony growth on the 7th day of incubation, the percentage variation of clusters and colonies on the 12th day in relation to the 7th was evaluated. These 4 parameters, as vectors of the same system, are 1/4 out of phase with one another. Cluster and colony resultant vectors form with the abscissa angles that reflect the growth dynamic corresponding to the different age stage of CFU-C populations. The dynamic equilibrium of granulopoiesis may be studied measuring phase difference between the average of the 2 CFU-C populations forming clusters and of the 2 CFU-C populations forming colonies.
