Lebek and Nassal media were studied for differential diagnosis of bovine M. bovis and human M. tuberculosis. Special attention was paid to the differential sensitivity of these media, particularly with respect to M. bovis. The media formulations are given. Both media are quite adequate for differentiation of the spp., the Lebek medium's effectiveness indices were higher than those of Nassal medium for both species.
