The antimutagenic efficacy of methyluracil in cytogenetic lesions induced in the bone marrow of mice with live Sabin poliomyelitis vaccine strongly differs depending on the time of preventive administration of the preparation, namely at 0300, 0900, 1500 or 2100 h.
