Mass dehelminthization of children's institutions and their related families and which are located in the same territory, is proposed for increasing the effectiveness of enterobiasis control. The results of experimental therapeutic and sanitation work showed that this tactic of enterobiasis control achieves a marked and steady reduction in the prevalence of this helminthic disease in humans.
