The over-all incidence of enterobiasis in 7, 495 kindergarten and nursery children aged from 3 months to 7 years in the Silistrensk district, Bulgaria, was 13.6%. It was found that the incidence of enterobiasis was higher in children in rural areas (24.8%) than in urban areas (14.4%). Incidence increased with age, but was similar in both sexes.
