Clinical study of QT interval syndrome

Clinical features of 15 cases with prolonged QT interval in ECG were analyzed. Patients (10) had the cases showing the same prolonged QT interval in their family. The unstable change of the QT interval which was varied at each beat, diurnally or in a long observation period was shown and the unstable change was considered to be 1 of the specific signs of this syndrome. There was a long period without syncopal attack in the clinical course through which QT interval was prolonged.
