The multiple pulmonary leiomyomateous hamartoma (MPLH) is rare. The difference between the marked pulmonary alterations on chest X-ray film and the poor symptomatology is typical. MPLH is observed almost exclusively in women. The diagnosis is linked to pathological-histological findings.
