The diazoacetylglycine derivatives diazoacetylglycine amide (DGA), diazoacetylglycine ethyl ester (DGE) and diazoacetylglycine hydrazide (DGH) are known as antitumor agents. These substances are known to be mutagenic in bacteria and were studied for their mutagenic activity in the HGPRT.
