Male and female Swiss/ICR mice were exposed to 0.3% enflurane in air, 4 h per day, 5 days per wk for 52 wk. A control group was exposed to air alone. After 52 wk, all animals were sacrificed and peripheral blood and bone marrow samples were examined for alterations in hemopoiesis. In general, there was no difference between treated and control groups.
