The authors analysed 431 blood samples from 181 calves between one and 53 days of age for gamma globulins 1 and 2, total immunoglobulin and immunoglobulins 1 and 2. Five tables show the correlations between the Biuret, refractometric, electrophoretic and radial immunodiffusion values; rotated and unrotated factor patterns; and the squared factor loading with communality. The two factors varied in significance for the different protein fractions.
