Chronic urticaria, penicillin allergy and dairy products in the diet

The incidence of penicillin allergy was studied in 252 patients with chronic urticaria, including physical urticaria. Epi- and intracutaneous tests showed allergy to penicillin in 70 patients. In 30 patients, a diet free from dairy products had a curative effect.
