Activity of serum lysosomal enzymes in viral hepatitis

An increase in activity of the lysosomal enzymes .beta.-glucuronidase, .beta.-acetylglucosaminidase and hyaluronidase was found in serum in the course of viral hepatitis. The highest values were in the first 10 days of jaundice, and activities of the enzymes became normal after abatement of the disease.
