A DCC . Competition trials at the highest 3H-E2 concentration with a 333x molar excess of various steroid hormones and thermolability assays were also performed. The incubation was stopped by adding 1 ml DCC and the tubes were allowed to incubate for 10 min at 30.degree. C. DCC was removed by centrifugation, and supernatant radioactivity was determined. A Scatchard plot was employed to obtain binding parameters: receptor amount and dissociation constant.
