The clinical findings in 6 natural and 2 experimental cases of Kikuyu grass [Pennisetum clandestinum] poisoning in Natal, South Africa, are described and compared with findings in cases of toxicity reported elsewhere. The toxic factor was not identified but a mycotoxin is suspected.
