For the persons studied in the preceding paper, tables give for each sex and age group the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, relation between blood pressures and Quetelet's index and the percentage of persons with high blood pressure or taking antihypertensive drugs. The relation between blood pressure and Quetelet's index suggested that the incidence of hypertension in the community might be decreased if bodyweight could be kept normal.
