Three Indonesian children aged 3, 9 and 10 years suffered from pulmonary hypertension and hypereosinophilia. Microfilariae were found in the blood in one case and filaria skin tests were positive in the other 2. One patient (aged 3 years) died but the other 2 seemed to be improved by treatment with diethylcarbamazine.
