Degenerative ultrastructural changes of malignant tumor cells and the lack of pathological changes in elements of the surrounding connective tissue capsule were found in rats with implanted sarcoma 45 by the imitation of hyperfunction of the anticoagulating blood system induced by injection of the heparin-trypsin complex thrombolytin with aminazine.
