Ultrastructure of soluble complement fixing (SCF) antigen, antibody and antigen-antibody complex of Japanese encephalitis (JE) virus was studied as a part of their physicochemical and immunobiological characterization. Findings of these ultramicroscopic studies are described and observations on the details of their ultrastructural configuration are discussed.
